Laboratory Testing Services

PHOENIX maintains a fully equipped laboratory, providing testing services to establish proper equipment selection and optimize design and operating parameters. Test procedures and special test equipment have been developed to assure that laboratory test results can be duplicated in the field with full scale equipment and systems. A database of thousands of tests, along with the availability of a full complement of polymers (when required), allows quick and accurate test results.

A. PRE-PURCHASE
Free laboratory test services are available to potential purchasers of PHOENIX equipment to:

  1. Establish equipment selection and sizing
  2. Determine system performance
  3. Determine process warranty parameters

B. POST-PURCHASE
Laboratory test services are available to users of PHOENIX equipment to:

  1. Optimize equipment performance after start-up
  2. Economize any chemical usage
