Field Service
PHOENIX Process Equipment
Co. makes trained field service personnel available to its customers for
assistance in all aspects of equipment start-up, training, operation,
and maintenance.
The Customer Contact
Program is designed to promote a periodic dialogue between PHOENIX and
its customers. Customer contacts are made on a regular basis (typically
every 8 to 12 weeks) to address operating requirements and to lend assistance
as needed.
PHOENIX also offers
annual service contracts for regular field service visits. The program
is designed to lend on-site assistance in obtaining and maintaining optimum
equipment operation. The contracts provide preferred rates for field service
labor and spare parts in order to promote proper periodic maintenance.
