 PHOENIX
offers a variety of belt filter press models and sizes tailored
to the specifics of any dewatering application. From economical basic
machines to a high capacity high solids press, PHOENIX has a press to
fit specific dewatering applications.
 Mobile
Dewatering Systems containing pumps, compressed air systems, controls,
and all necessary auxiliaries allow a user to quickly and easily begin
operating. A variety of designs and sizes from 800 mm to 3.0 meters are
available.
 The
PHOENIX Model LC belt filter press is a completely adjustable mechanical
unit designed for the continuous dewatering of low volume slurries. It is available in 800 and 1200 mm sizes with
standard, skid-mounted, or mobile arrangement options.
The PHOENIX screw press is a continuous dewatering press proven
successful in fibrous slurry dewatering applications such as virgin fiber
and recycle mill effluent solids. It provides higher dewatering capability
than alternate systems, resulting in more effective use of process water
and reduced costs for disposal of dewatered sludge.
 The
PHOENIX filter press produces high solid filter cake, along with
an extremely high degree of clarity in the liquid effluent. A variety
of sizes and options are available.
