Classification / Separation
PHOENIX offers state of the art sand classifying and density separation with hydraulic classifier, fluidized bed technology. Deleterious material is separated from product as a function of relative densities, or sand is precisely classified by particle size. Both cut size and cut density can be adjusted over a wide range. Multiple products can be produced from a single unit, for example: 0-0.25 mm, 0.25 mm-1.0 mm, and 1 mm-2mm.
The PHOENIX HG Separator's flexible design allows efficient recovery
of fines down to 400 mesh and below. Several hydrocyclone sizes are available.
Its internal dewatering screen produces a dry, conveyable, stackable product
for sale, reuse, or easy disposal.
